The two teams confronted against each other in the first match of ISL 2017-18. The football match was played at Jawaharlal Nehru stadium, which is situated in Kerala. At 8:00 PM IST, the soccer match began at its scheduled venue.
After the lavish opening ceremony, which was attended by popular Bollywood actor Salman Khan and his ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ co-actress Katrina Kaif, the match began on the home-ground of Kerala’s team. Receiving massive support from the fans as home-stadium, Kerala’s football club didn’t manage to score any goal in this match.
